Masitek Instruments Inc., the global leader of smart in-line sensing technology, is proud to announce they have been awarded with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification by NSF International.  By meeting the extensive criteria for this standard, Masitek has affirmed its commitment and ability to consistently deliver quality solutions through continuous improvement of its products, customer service and internal processes.

(Moncton, NB) “Masitek has always worked tirelessly to achieve the quality standards our customers expect. Based on our customer feedback and extensive testing, we have long been confident in our sensor repeatability and product quality; however, this certifies that Masitek’s technology, people and process have been vetted against the rigid quality standards outlined by the ISO,” explains Larry Doherty, Masitek’s COO and lead for the company’s certification efforts.

ISO 9001:2015 is a customer-centric standard which utilizes fundamental concepts and principles of quality management to ensure sustained success. Among the most widely recognized ISO standards, 9001:2015 quality certification reinforces both customer and supply chain confidence.

Doherty continues, “This process confirmed and validated the quality that we have in our processes, and ultimately was a catalyst for our team to be even more efficient in our pursuit of excellence. It really was about standardizing processes in a complete and agile manner which allowed us to identify opportunities to better serve our global client base using technology, more automated processes and an improved knowledge base.”

Beyond standardization, Masitek is leveraging collaboration and project tracking software to centralize and manage improved processes and documentation on a continuous basis.
